• Use the materials for any commercial purpose not authorized by SlotSphere
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SlotSphere's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Content

Our platform allows you to create and share content, such as scheduling information, event details, and communications with meeting participants. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant SlotSphere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your content and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
• Impersonating another user or person
• Using the platform in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site
• Using any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the platform
• Introducing any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

6. Payment Terms

SlotSphere offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and terms displayed to you at the time of purchase.

We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these Terms.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SlotSphere, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SlotSphere expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law
